What was the highlight of Lancaster Gate Hotel
Comfortable stay in a great location
I like the location and have stayed in the area a number of times. Thought the breakfast was quite comprehensive and liked the bar area which made a good space for relaxing and chatting. The room was comfortable.
It can't be helped but the hotel is a rabbit warren so there is a bit of up and down when going to the rooms

What was the highlight of Lancaster Gate Hotel
Very Good
The location of the hotel was nice. It was located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Lancaster Gate tube station. A cosy hotel with very friendly staff. The hotelroom were clean and the cleaner took care of it every day. It was also well equipped.
The size of the hotel room was a little surprise. We expected a slightly bigger room. There was barely enough room for two people. But we didn't let it bother us, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Good stay fir the purpose of our trip.
Location was good, requested an early check in and was able to access our room as soon arrived.
No food available in the evenings was disappointing particularly as the weather was so bad and we had to go out. Only continental breakfast available. We stated a month ago and full breakfast was offered.

Location is great and staff are so friendly and helpful
Some rooms doesn't have fridge and some others the mattress wasn't comfortable enough
